Dismantling old unproductive habits | Where to begin?

Can a couple of 2-hour life-coaching sessions actually alter lifelong habits of corporate employees? 

We recently had the opportunity to partner with Genus Power Infrastructures Limited in developing their high potential leaders

They are a wonderful bunch of people and we are privileged to work with them through our ongoing online programs.

Within a short span of 3 weeks, participants have already started to impact key areas that most corporate employees are faced with.

Let us give you a glimpse into how we instigate deep questioning to replace old and unproductive habits.

Our initial modules in all of our corporate programs have a special emphasis on increasing the productivity of all employees. We do this by bridging the common gaps that exist in a modern employee’s workday. By introducing simple ways to monitor and structure workload, team leaders are able to better spread their energies through the day.

Another idea that we elaborate upon is to encourage objective assessment of every situation amongst the employees. Looking at situations from a different perspective than usual opens up the door for finding creative solutions. This empowers them to manage a high workload, deal with pressure situations and have the ability to make tough decisions in a short time frame.

Did you know that almost 95% of our responses are automatic? Numerous cognitive neuroscientists have conducted studies that have revealed that only 5% of our cognitive activities (decisions, emotions, actions, behaviour) are conscious. This means that most natural reactions to situations and people come from automated behavioural patterns.

Through demonstrative exercises, it is our objective to unveil these hidden patterns that stop us from objectively approaching the circumstance.
